Head of Total Rewards at IKEA , who has over 30 years of practical reward expertise, during that time he has won a number of major international awards, is recognised as one of the truly inspirational Global thought leaders in reward, who challenges conventional thinking in consistently delivering exceptional solutions.

Chaired numerous international reward summit meetings, presented at various conferences and has provided input to various governments and legislative bodies, in a career that has taken him across the globe, living in various counties and working in some of the world’s most iconic organisations.

Career history includes being Reward Leader at Channel 4 Television in the UK, Global Reward Director at Willis Towers Watson, Global Reward Director at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Director of Rewards, Mondelez International. In these roles he was responsible for delivering a radical redesign of pay, bonus and benefits structures and global governance programmes.

Previously, he was Reward Leader at PwC, responsible for 32 European Countries, Global Reward of Reward Maersk and Head of Compensation and Benefits at Network Rail. Began his career in British Gas, where after working he way up through the organisation he became HR Director.
