Welcome to the Employee Benefits Awards
The ceremony for the Employee Benefits Awards 2020 will take place online this year in response to continuing challenges relating to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Event Director Helen Curl said “We postponed the ceremony from our traditional date in June to late October in the hope of delivering the event with all its usual festivities. With finalists, presenters and guests due to travel from all parts of the UK, the safety and wellbeing of everyone involved is our key priority. With continued concerns around local lockdowns and outstanding issues before the UK government gives a definitive date for the opening of venues, we have now taken the decision to pivot to an online event.”
“We know there is still exceptional work being done by benefit, reward and HR professionals during this unprecedented period and felt it was more important than ever to recognise the organisations and individuals who are leading the way.” said Editor and head judge, Debbie Lovewell-Tuck. “Our dedicated judges have reviewed every entry and the Shortlist of finalists will be announced on Thursday 3rd September with the live ceremony taking place in the afternoon of Thursday 29th October”.
