She brings deep experience in navigating high-growth, complex global organisations. Prior to Checkatrade, she held senior leadership roles at WeWork, where she led the People teams for EMEA and APAC. There, she guided the organisation through its full lifecycle from meteoric hyper-growth and a landmark IPO to a complex global restructuring.

Before WeWork, she spent several years at Booking.com in key People Business Partnering roles, supporting global teams and including a two-year assignment in Berlin. This unique journey has given her deep expertise in building resilient, high-performance, mission-driven cultures through periods of rapid change.
